Songbirds

Field Notes

Also known as Passerines, this group of birds encompasses nearly half of the bird species in the world. They all have the ability to perch, and have a wide range of vocal ability. So many birds belong in the Songbirds group that I've actually given some of them seperate catergories from this comprehensive one. This isn't the most scientific approach but you're not exactly on the Nat Geo website here.
